Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Starter is free forever for a single printer, with quoting, filament tracking, and orders included. Paid plans add more printers and team features as you grow.
Who is the merchant of record on my storefront?
You are. Your own storefront runs on Stripe Connect, so payments go directly to you. We never hold your funds.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrade as your farm grows or move down if your needs change; nothing is locked in.
Do you charge per order?
No per-order surcharges on your own storefront. Printer counts and channel connections may become metered add-ons as those features roll out.
What counts toward file storage?
The model files in your library: STL, 3MF, STEP, and the sliced files Printuple produces from them. Files in the trash do not count, and the trash empties itself after 30 days. If you run out, delete what you no longer need or move up a plan.
